Yes, the USB headset works with the PS3. The bluetooth that comes with the retail version of Warhawk is pretty good for the most part. It's easy to hook up, and you can also use it with any cell phone (That is, if the cell phone has bluetooth capabilities). Although the headset won't benefit you in any way if you pair it with your phone unless you currently drive.

There are four games that are worth buying imo for now:
1) Resistance. Can't have a PS3 without it. It's fun as ****, both on and off line.
2) Warhawk- Even though there are only 5 maps and 5 game modes (one of which is a variant on DM/TDM), it still is a lot of fun to play
3) Motorstorm- Best next-gen racing game yet. If you're into that genre, i'd suggest picking it up.
4) Wildcard- Some people like Oblivion, others F.E.A.R., Rainbow Six Vegas is still very popular, and for some reason GRAW 2 seems to be semi-popular. Other games I've seen people enjoy include the darkness and Ninja Gaiden Sigma.

I got my ps3 last saturday. And since tomorrow is my birthday, I will be allowed to play it. I got resistance and warhawk. Does resistance have offline co-op?

You should have waited a few days. A new PS3 comes out soon that is only $399.

I don't recall Resistance having that feature in it, but I could be wrong as well since I haven't played in it a while. You'll definitely enjoy the single player of Resistance; it was one of the best that I have ever played, in my opinion.

You can't have two players online on the same system with resistance, unlike warhawk. You can however have 2 player co-op or 4 player offline vs splitscreen. Wait, maybe you can have like 4 person co-op in resistance....
