Back...question inside...
posted this in MOD section earlier but wasnt thinking....will get more responces and possibly more solutions in this section im hoping since more people can see this.....will update rest of info later...

Now that its slowing down i will actually get to be on the site and have some fun and mod and bullshyt with the crew etc.....thank god...missed yall byatches!!!

question regarding the 360 though......

finally gettin a lil more time to play and games are coming out that most of the ole crew would play together (COD4, Halo , etc) but i need some advice....

how in the hell do you change the NAT settings???? ive looked everywhere....

im on STRICT and its bad apparently cause its hard for me to play with any friends on a regular basis and most friends i checked with are open NAT or moderate......

i will post router info when i get off work but just saying HI again and im back and see if any of yall knew how to fix this SERIOUS pissy me OFF problem!!!

Sorry, but I have no idea... I've never run into a problem like this before.

Welcome back, though... even though I see you on XBL all the time!!!

ive only noticed it the past 3 to 4 months myself. all of a sudden one day i cant talk to 3 of my friends on voice chat when i invite or they invite. then i cant join games they invite me to or i invite them to.....its frustrating none the less.....then i check my NAT settings when someone asked me again what they were (could have swore they were OPEN before) and low and behold it says STRICT!...GRRRRRRRRRR so its the only thing i can think that would affect these things since researching it. just not found a great solution that works yet...it really affects the fun i have with online games.... i have fun playing online because of the interaction with FRIENDS and this problem makes it almost impossible.....bums me out.

if only games had a system like socom 2...... it was so simple and easy to get on and find your friends and play....now its like torture for me and takes so long to find a way in a room then get my hopes up only to be booted out of the room.......

but other than that i love the 360 . i usually try to play an hour or so a night on a new game but so many new titles coming out its hard to keep up like that....and COD beta is chewing up some time but will eventually get caught up on bioshock, tenchu and forza2 soon.

open ports or dmz your router either way your gonna need to make a static ip for the 360

The following ports must be available for Xbox Live to operate correctly: •UDP 88•UDP 3074•TCP 3074got that from here
Xbox 360: Port settings for Xbox Live

if you need help opening ports or dmzing just post here or pm me the router brand and other info and ill talk you through it

Lufeng, I hope we could play more with you on COD4. I mean, this game is fun but I see you playing other games. Oh well, see you soon!
