Just realized what the problem was while synching music to my new phone.
In WMP:
Right-click on Library
Select Sharing
Click Settings
In Default settings, check your Star Ratings option
As default it only shares items with two stars or more
Select All Ratings (or whichever you would prefer)
Click the pwn, I mean OK button
Done.
