Heavenly Sword demo

I'm downloading it now, and it's taking its sweet sweet time.

The game is gorgeous, but demo is way too short.

Don't worry, it gets better everytime you play it. So many different moves you can do.

After abut 2 hours of DL'ing, I finally got to try it out.

It was actually better than I thought. The moves did take a bit to get used to (stances, blocking, and proper combo's), and even though I haven't mastered them yet (only played twice), it was pretty fun.

I was actually amazed at all the testicle based attacks! My second time going through I think I hit 4 people in the balls (to kill of course), and it was just awesome.

I never did get to do any aerial moves (didn't pay attention to the proper time), but if they're anything like the ground moves, it should be worth the wait.

I do believe I may have found a hack n' slash I can get into, and not get bored with easily (sexy chick doing deadly gymnastic maneuvers FTW!).

Oh, and this is the year old E3 2006 build. Many of the issues, some framerate slowdown, a few bugs, have all been fixed. The developers replied to questions regarding the demo. They said this was just one area really early in the game, and you can get your way through it by button mashing, but if you do that later in the game, you will get destroyed. Also, HELL mode will be available right from the start.

Also, when the game gets brighter then darker and brighter and darker occasionally in the demo, the developers said that is due to the sun going behind clouds. Many people though it was a glitch.

What I don't like about it.. in most hack/slash games you can jump.. I don't think this is possible in heavenly sword?

You can do ariel combos and attacks with certain combos and moves. But still, this is an early version, but who knows if they are adding a jump button in.

I am sure the traffic for this demo died down, so it should be a lot quicker then before.
