If you run around in a circle for a while on MGS3 he throws up. Or when you are viewing snake in the menu, spin him around a bit. It gets rid of food poisoning.

Really? I never knew that. The coolest things I knew of was doing pullups and getting Codec codes for artillery strikes (brother found that out).

Chances are I'll be saving up for a PS3 just for this game. I always thought it'd be coming out on the 360 until it was explained better. I was thinking maybe I'll just stay over my friend's for a while who has a PS3. Whatever works out, I really don't have the money for a PS3 right now. It brings a tear to my eye to know that I might not own the last installment of Metal Gear Solid.

I still don't get why everyone thought that it was coming out for the 360, the only source other than word of mouth that it would was an article in EGM's rumor mill section.

I just found this "rumor" printed in the September 2007 issue of OXM that I got in the mail a day or two ago... I was very shocked to see it there in print, and needed to read it twice just to be sure I wasn't on some sort of hallucinogen.

Who knows? Although overall, it really doesn't matter to me, as I already own a PS3 and Xbox 360...

Yah, over at gametrailers people are like, LOOK, IT IS CONFIRMED, then they talk about the Rumor mole in OXM. >_> It isn't true. Kojima-san, Peter Moore, Jack Tretton, Jesus, all said it was exclusive for the PS3. They are just trying to get more attention for their console by getting people to believe in something truely false. They said from a "bankable" source and don't say who, it is all made up cacadooky!

Even though I have a 360, I'm glad that MGS 4 is staying PS3 exclusive. But anyway, this game looks just awesome. The trailer that they showed at E3 was incredible, and it sounds like it will continue the tradition of greatness that the MGS series has. Hopefully the online will be much better then that from MGS 3. It would also be cool if there was some downloadable content for it. And if I had to rate the game based on my knowledge of its feature, gameplay, and from the trailers, I would give it a 9.5/10.

Release date News! The English MGS4 Trailer said Early 2008, so that could of been from January to April, BUT, the Japanese trailer shown had the release date as Winter 2008. So that narrows it down, we will be seeing that game in January or February!

We should be able to see the video of the gameplay tomorow. This is all ingame, but poor image quality, but it is all we have right now.

Looks like the good ole hud is in the game :)

I searched user vids on gamespot, but to no avail.

What was this for, the 20th anniversary?

Also, it could still be released in march, like subsistence was (although I think that was advertised as spring). Winter ends on the 21st, I think.

That was at the Playstation Premiere event. The 20th anniversary event is TODAY, July 24th, and there has been rumors that the Premiere footage will be released today. Also with some stuff from the 20th anniversary event.
