Petition to RedOctane
Hi, I, being a Left Handed guitar player, get frustrated when trying to play guitar hero on an upside down Gibson SG or X-Plorer The SG isn't that bad but the X-Plorer, along with the Les Paul and Stratocaster coming out for Guitar Hero 3 and Rock Band will be equally annoying to play. I made a petition to RedOctane to show them there is a viable market to be sold to if they were to develop a Left Handed guitar Controller.

I am left handed, and I don't have a problem playing guitar right handed... same goes for my wife.
Maybe I will sign the petition anyway... just to help out a fellow left handed person that's in need.

Well, you see creep, I learned my very little guitar knowledge on a left handed guitar, I took about a month of lessons and lefty just seemed natural to me. I tried playing right handed but I just can't nail it.

I learned how to play (real) guitar back in high school right handed, because 99% of my friends played it that way.
As far as my wife goes, she has never played guitar before... but she can play GH2 pretty damn well as a righty.

Online petitions don't work, do not waste your time.
Red Octane is already dealing with this issue, and a left handed guitar is being considered by them, but nothing official yet.

Im sure I saw it on TheFeed that someone had modified a GH Controller to play left handed.
Not sure if it was there or not, Im trying to find it now. Maybe he is selling them?
RedOctane did say to look out for something in July and people speculate it could just be more songs, but maybe its a lefty controller? Who knows.

What's the point? They already have the "left flip" option. Just have them put the top knobs for the guitar straps on both sides.

Well, the x-plorer controller is uncomfterable to play left handed sitting down and i am sure the lespaul will be also. The whammy bar also gets in my war and its harder to pause the game if i need to
