Well, the x-plorer controller is uncomfterable to play left handed sitting down and i am sure the lespaul will be also.
So people are now collecting the different models of guitar hero controllers? How much are those things? Does one have different functionality from the others? Or, is it just simply "it looks cool"?
This is exactly what the reasoning is behind it... I just kind of wish that the 360 version came with the Gibson SG controller... I've always liked the way that one looks when I compare it to the X-plorer controller.
But to me, they all play the same... my wife's cousin has the SG controller for the PS2 version, and I have the X-plorer controller for the 360 version... no problems playing on either controller.

Well, none of my friends who can play guitar hero on expert have a next gen console.
I had the ps2 version's bought both bundles for multiplayer reasons. Now I plan on doing the same with GHII and GHIII.
If they offered a seprate left hand controller, I would only have to buy one bundle as for right handed players.
I actually find the X-plorer easier to play then the SG. The buttons feel smoother for hammer-ons.
