Okay, I see where we draw the line then.

I don't think it'd be very ethical to post in detail my methods exactly... but I did what many refer to as "the ol' switcharoo" if you know what I mean. The original box helps with the serial numbers you were referring to, OME6A.

The jury is still out on whether or not I'll get my 360 this summer, but all signs are looking hopeful thus far. I'll figure it out when I actually am able to sit down and play it.

NUN, I can babysit you to a trip to Wal-Mart too if you want. It sure beats weeks of shipments, repairs and phone calls!

You can Babysit me anytime , but I don't do / have any dealings with Wal-Mart. Yes, I have gone through a couple of months of repairs, phone calls and shipments . I pray that all that is behind me now.

An event that rivals the 2nd coming of Christ occurred today; my pre-paid UPS repair box arrived. Huzzah!

I'll be boxing up my broken 360 tonight, and sending it off for repairs tomorrow. If luck is on my side, I hope to have it back by the end of next week.

When your first 360 breaks, they will keep breaking no matter how many you buy. It is sort of a curse. Someone could go forever without a broken 360, but when that first one breaks, you're cursed, and doomed for life.

I hope for your sake that it's a solid piece of wood you knocked on, as my 360 just took a sh*t minutes ago... after I used to say the same kind of things as you just did, I pray for your 360.

I don't get any "red rings of death", but something just isn't right with the disc drive... <sigh>

I'm going to call Nun's buddies in the morning... I am too ticked off right now to make that kind of phone call.
