I had to call yesterday to check my Status on my console. I called the Specialist for the 2nd time since Saturday and no-one returned my call. I got hold of the repair center and the person gave me a tracking number and said it was in transit as of yesterday. No UPS Call this time.
The funny thing is I was reffered to the Specialist Group when all they did was call me up to tell me that my console had arrived at their repair facility
Good Job !!! I was tracking the Package anyway and never heard from them again.
Also another annoying thing is the console repair status that you can on your online account on their website.
E-Writer clued me onto it and
not once did it ever say anything about my console.
No Repair Staus Pending every time. What's the point in having it on there.
If my console breaks again I'll surely have a Brain Aneuyrism.
