Ain't it the truth? I also called Microsoft today wondering why they made me pay $100 for a wireless adaptor part that is total crap. They're response was from a guy named Sonjay. Sonjay states that they are working on this problem with many people and it should be fixed for future parts released. I then went into a brief rant of how that doesn't benefit me at all seeing as I have the part already, and there is no excuse that this part should be working at full performance everytime I hop on xbox Live. He then offered me a 1 month subscription to Xbox Live.... my exact words, "are you a ****ing idiot?", if my part doesn't work with games I like to play online like madden, why the blazes would I even want xbox live? So after about 10min with going nowhere he pretty much told me that nothing can be done. So I'm pissed off at Microsoft and am seriously thinking about trading in my hunk of junk for a PS3.

You're going to need a lot more than just your 360 to trade in to get anything close to what you'll need to get a PS3... from the rumor I heard, game stores that do trade ins are only giving $125-130 for used 360s... this is due in part to the recent statement made by Microsoft that their beloved 360 is experiencing mass malfunctions.

Just a warning...

I'll be able to sell my Xbox 1 for more cash on craigslist... I can guarantee that much! That money will go directly to the purchase of a Wii...


EDIT: I just off the phone, and here in Illinois, the local EB Games told me on the phone it'd be $120 credit for the console, and (oh my fricken god) only $60 for my newly purchased 120gb HDD.

Even though I've threatened to throw mine in Liquid Hot MagMA several times over, I wont ever trade out or deal mine away. I've invested too much time, money, and my favorite of all.... Frustration into it. Viva La Faulty System

Only thing that will most likely happen(I'd bank on it) is that my 360 will malfunction right when Halo 3 comes out.

With all of the problems that my 360 has given me lately, I am seriously thinking about canceling my Halo 3 order that I made a month or two ago. I don't need to give Microsoft/Bungie any more unneeded money.

Wow... after being put on hold (for an extended period of time) with Microsoft once again, I was told that I should have my 360 back in about a day or so.

I'm definitely taking this news with a grain of salt...

That means I should've gotten mine back a couple days ago....but I didn't.

I sent my 360 in on June 20th, which it probably got there the 22nd or 23rd.

Now it's July 18th...and I haven't even gotten a single phone call from them.
Brararar. I hardly even remember that I own an Xbox 360....is that a bad thing?

To be honest, the wait hasn't been so bad for me... the PS3 has been keeping me more than occupied in the absence of my Xbox 360.
