I was just researching a little to find out how much would I get from GameCrazy for all of my PS2 stuff Sunday morning when I found this.

Yeah the new Xbox 360 is said to be coming out in April or May and will cost around $479.

Well I was reading only a few days ago that all we are getting is a new HD, Australia is getting the new console.

I suppose that was wrong then.

It amazing how we pay $100 for a 20gb HD, but one 6 times its size only pushes the price up by like $80!

If the HD is sold separately and is cheap or they offer a trade in fro my old one, then I will get it, if I can trade my console in then all the better! I need a new 360.

I read an article earlier today, I believe @ Destructoid.com *Edit: See here*(awesome indi gamer blog), that stated that a sku for this mythic beast had appeared in a video game retailer's point of sale system.

I want to say it was GameStop, but I don't feel like digging for it.

Black case, presumably black controller, 120 gb HDD, proper HDMI output for $479(?) and debuting in May.

It's a questionable source of confirmation, but remember that Socom: Combined Assault got leaked in a similar manner.

Though 90% of my possessions are black in color, I'm not too excited about this. I only wonder it the HDD will be purchasable seperately?

I think I am fine with my HDD now, I dont think I would need a 120 gb, since I use it just for games, no movies, shows, music, or any time of multimedia such as that. I do have an HDTV with 1080p that would look rather nice with HDMI but.......I dont think a slightly upgraded picture would be worth buying another 360. I think ill pass on this one.

I will buy it for sure, i love the new color, and then trim on the disk tray will not be as shown on the picture, it will be a gold like color, and with a 120gb hard drive makes it all the better.

Well there are things you can buy to make your 360 a complete different color.

This site has alot of mods for 360s and stuff.
