I have a $15 fan from Wal-Mart (as usual) facing the back of mine. Its obviously also cooling my room at the same time, so its great.

The fan is on 24/7 so the 360 never really gets too hot.

I know that cooling the parts too much can damage them, but the fan isn't really all that powerful so its perfect for the purpose.

I still cant find out when the Microsoft intercooler is being released. I have been checking for a few weeks, even before I got the 360, and I still cant find a date.

All I ever find is reviews "Nyko Intercooler Vs. Microsoft Intercooler" and crap like that.

If anyone knows the date, post it. If I ever find it, I will hopefully post it, If I remember that is.

No, it will Overheat your system believe it or not, if its not a MICROSOFT product then i suggest you don't buy it, once i poped on that intercooler it canceled out my Xbox 360 Warrenty.

Xbox Specifically told me on the phone to take it off, if it damages any peice inside your Xbox 360, which there is a 90% chance it will, then your screwd.

I would recommend Gears Of War as a must have game.

and BOYENGLAND, if the fan is too far from the 360 it will blow dust into your 360 causing the parts inside to overheat, if its too close then it is going to overheat your 360, since it is shifting in air faster then the heat can escape, if its just right away from the 360 it will still blow dust in there causing it to overheat!.

I have a cheap *** fan(One of the small ones on a pole that blow back and forth) in my room (lmao) to keep me cool when it gets hot(I don't use the ceiling fan because it makes a noise when its on)

It's around 6-7 feet from the TV, but not blowing towards it.

When you walk in my room, the TV is to the left, the bed is in the middle of the room(With the back of the bed up against the wall) and the fan is to the left of the bed, blowing on the bed.

Is that a safe distance?
