Gears of War or Rainbox 6: Vegas, or both?

GoW-More arcadish, but strongly teamwork based, you will got dominated if you go alone. Lack of game-modes, and no respawn online, though.
R6-More realistic then Gow, weaker teamplay then GoW IMO, but still decent teamplay, more gamemodes, custuomizable(sp?) char and weapons.
Overall, I'd say R6 would be better for online, for singleplayer, I prefer GoW.
But honestly, just get both! :P

R6V has a much better online game and not as limited as GoW and you'll probably play it alot more in the Long run. I notice alot of the forum peeps play R6V more than anything else.

By the "Brick" he could mean one of two things.
The power pack, or the console iteself.
Both do heat up, but I shouldnt worry about the power pack. The power pack itself is bigger than the freakin PS2. (Sarcasm)
The console as you know heats up, just make sure you don't play it for a long time straight. I play 8-9 hours max, usually just leaving it on for a while rather than actually playing.
My advice would be to turn on the feature that powers off the console after 6 hours of innactivity. That way, you don't run the risk of your console frying itself.

Or you could just turn it off when you're done playing it for the day... why people would leave their system running "idle" for more than six hours is beyond me.

In a word. Laziness. Graff knows of what I speak of. Although I can see if you're downloading a demo and forget about it but still, not noticing for 6 hrs is ridiculous. You deserve to have it burn out if you neglect it like that.

I only leave it for over 6 hours if I am downloading a demo like Odin said. I set it going, and go to sleep. The download will finish in less than an hour so 6 hours is more than enough time. If I had the option to, I would change it to 2 hours max.
Another way I use it is when I go out. A lot of the time I go to get a drink, then end up going out to see a movie or something, forgetting I left it on. After 6 hours, it will go off. (I should be back before then anyway. lol)
Im not usually lazy with my 360, just forgetful. Im lazy with everything else though.

I meant the Power Pack(sorry). People call it the brick. It heats up, the console doesn't really. Some advice for you, DO NOT KEEP YOUR 360 IN A CORNER, KEEP IT IN AN OPEN AREA. It needs air so that it won't get as hot. I would probobly get both rv6 and GOW.

If it takes you 6 hours to download a demo, then I'd suggest you upgrade your internet service... I thought the 1GB demo of SvR 2007 took a long time, but it was FAR from being a 6 hour download!
