Sure... they are "unique" to the PS3 at this moment... but everyone originally thought Assassin's Creed was going to be "PS3 exclusive", and look where that went.

(And put me down for about 4 of those PS3 games that made "this dedicated gamer cream in his pantalones".)

VF5 will only come out in the Arcade along with the PS3, i just lookedon gamespot. :). I can't wait for it though. And I dont see how nobody is giving Resistance the credit it deserves, i guarantee that game will be amazing...until you beat it 3 times and online play turns into "dont use your alien powers to see through walls, or else your a noob!"

I'll say now for the record that I have been telling people about Resistance: Fall of Man being one of PS3's more innovative looking launch games for months now...

The same people that will cry about being able to see through walls will more than likely be the same people that cryed about the I-dub having to be unlocked before they could use them in SOCOM 3.

Jesus Christ there's a lot of bias in here.

One thing I'll agree with is that everyone should do their homework if the have to pick one out of the two. Whether you're spending you money, or your parents money, these things are pricey.

I hate people griping about these prices. America doesn't flinch at $400 iPods, but suddenly everyone's like "PS3 OMGz it's too expensive". I think it's a fair price.

Do your research. There's different models of each system, so look at the specs for each system. Then think about which one will hold you to the next gen.

Then buy a PS3.

I'll hand it to Microsoft, they've certainly took a chunk of the market share. However, I believe this was largely due to people wanting something new. XBox Live is so appealing to me, and I'm anxious to see what Sony does with it's online service.

Comparing release titles against 360's available titles is retarded. 360 came out months ago, so of course they've got the jump. Just how many games did 360 have at launch? Does it matter, not really.

Who was doing this? I could have sworn that c0mmander was comparing future releases for both the 360 and PS3... basically saying that the lists are almost identical.

Everyone knows (at least I am hoping everyone knows) that comparing launch titles to titles available now is "retarded"... c'mon now.

I see alot of you are mentioning Fall of Man as a premire PS3 release and I must say I have not been impressed with this game at all. I saw on some sight where they did a video comparison with FOM and GOW and to me GOW won that battle hands down. To me FOM looked a little cartoonish and I did not like the player movement. After playing GOW myself I am totally sold that this game will shut my entire gaming library down.
