Nah, that's gotta be some bullsh*t. That's the cost of a low grade computer barely capable of playing media and word processing capabilities...
Wait! For the price of a LOW LOW end computer, I can have an item (that's essentially a computer) that's a gaming powerhouse?

just so everyone knows..if you reserve Ps3 and lets say you go in to get it and there out, you have to wait for the next shipment to come...its not like games..they don't hold one for you...

I've heard from more than a few places that they are NOT taking reservations for the launch date PS3s. It's going to be a "first come, first serve" type of thing... much like the PS2 was at its launch.
So this little nugget of information throws your post right out of the window.

I'd definitely suggest calling your local EB Games to check & see if they have a "policy" regarding camping outside of the store.

I guess I'll have to place a card in my spot @ the front of the door then; reading:

This card represents my position in line waiting for the PS3.
Please refrain from moving/destroying/furthermore causing any physical changes to this card.

Either you didn't read, or..you didn't read. The price drop will only be for PS3's sold in Japan..so it really has no bearing on whether you decide to get one or not.
