At least MS does that type of stuff for free.

I don't think my 'SIXAXIS' works. Im playing the NFL Tour demo, and the Icon will come up but when I do the movement nothing happens. W-t-f, mate?

Personally... between you, me, and the wall... I think the SIXAXIS is complete garbage when compared to the Wii controller's motion sensing abilities. Seems to me like the motion sensing was added to the PS3 controllers as an afterthought, more so than innovation...

i think its more so nfl tour cuz i have the same problem with that game but other games my sixaxis works fine

Is the Memory Card slot really useful? question if I should get 40gb or 80gb(or the newest one that replace it)?

If you're planning on playing lots of PS2 or PS1 games right out of the gate, then it's nice to have.
If not, then not so much...

Murqq...whenever you don't have a receipt, you have to do the good ole' "It was a gift, so I don't have the receipt" trick.
Also, most problems with the SIXAXIS can be fixed by pushing the reset button on the back.
Anyways, I heard quite a few people call into Sony Support and they did not need the receipt. So maybe keep trying and convince them to give you a replacement. Did you buy it within the past year?
