I personally have been scouring ebay for anything cheap, but right when it's cheap and with nearly an hour or two left, the price skyrockets.
Hell, there could be a cat turd, and if it's at $0.01, with 10 minutes left, people would bid on it.

It was "new out of the box" by some liquidation company on eBay. It's in perfect condition and works fine, and I don't even see any marks/scratches/anything on it. It looks mint. I had a hard drive problem, but sent it back and got a new one.
Hell, I saved in total over $100, so it was worth a bit of trouble. Only thing different between mine and anyone elses, I didn't get a manual or original box. Other than that, it passes as a brand new Premium 360.
Oh, and I did mean 12 months :)

I wanted to get rid of all the numbers and I decided to pay tribute to my fav NHL player (Scott Stevens) at the same time. Not to mention that BAMF describes him very well too.
