Civilizations:Choose from 16 Civilizations throughout history (from Africa to Germany to America to China) to lead to victory. Defeat a rival civilization and add an exhibit to your Hall of Achievements, paying homage to your great accomplishments.
Intense combat: Triple your strength by combining up to three units into one powerful army and destroy your enemies. When your units win tough battles, they will become veterans and then elites. Choose from a list of powerful upgrades that will give elite units even more strength to dominate in war. Your Army wears a distinct uniform representing your Civilization, so you will easily see them on the screen as you lead them into battle.
Xbox LIVE play: Up to four players can battle as teams, head to head, or have a complete free-for-all online. Auto-matching, ranked games, leaderboards, and achievements make the online play more versatile and fun than any previous version of Civilization. Additionally, Xbox Live and PSN users will be able to download multiplayer maps and scenarios post launch.

The demo was awesome. Anyone into RTS's should check it out, it's pretty fun. This is a definite buy for me.

Hmmm I didn't know they had the demo on Live yet. I guess I'll download it tonight. I just remember playing this game on the PC and loved it.

I can't wait for this to come out. Civ 4 is a fantastic game when played on a LAN with friends, and this game can only be better.

I downloaded the demo but I have yet to install it. My friend was playing it for 4 hours and said it was great.

I loved the demo, but the only problem was that it only gave you a few short turns. It only leaves you wanting more.

But shouldn't all game demos leave you wanting more? I think it builds up more anticipation that way... and all of the good demos that I have played in the past all pretty much left me wanting more once I got to the end of the demo.

For instance, the Commando 3 demo left me wanting more... and I purchased a copy of it less than five minutes after I got to the end of the demo.
