Only two games in gaming history, Pokemon Red/Blue/Green/Yellow and Super Mario Bros, broke the 40 million mark. 3 Pokemon games and 3 Mario games make top 10 which the two series are evenly matched. Super Mario Bros, Tetris, Duck Hunt and Wii Sports came bundled with the systems.

Wii Sports are still being bundled. Do you think Wii Sports will hit the 40 million mark in one year if the bundling continues?

Only pokemon Red/blue/green and yellow... so you just combined 4 games in one? Isn't that like saying halo 1/2/3 had x amount sold?

Yea I find it hard to believe that every game in the top 10 are for a Nintendo platform. Could be wrong though.

I doubt Wii Sports will get much further. Once the high rate of Wii sales has dies out, the game wont sell.

Well they were released at the same time. There wasn't a Green in NA as far as I know.
R/B/Y were pretty much the same game with slight diferences.

Halo 1/2/3 is totally different. Different release dates, and one was on a different console.

Pokemon Red/Blue/Green/Yellow cannot be compared to Halo 1/2/3. Those pokemon games were pretty much the same game except for like maybe a couple pokemons you could switch out. While they didnt all come out at the same time, red and blue came out at the same time, and yellow came out like a year later...I don't know what green is. Halo 1/2/3 were completely different games. I guess they could have milked it and made like limited versions of each with different weapons.

This has to be just for Nintendo. Shouldn't like Pong be up on there, or something?

Oh, and I think Poke'mon Green was a title released only in Japan.
