Games are usually released on either Tuesday or Thursday, but companies are not bound to those two days of the week, and are often free to release a game whenever they want.

surprisingly, i searched and there was no thread on this game. it looks SO GOOOOOOOOOOOOD.
for those of you who haven't heard of this game, its guitar hero with drums, bass, guitar, and vocals. its made by the Harmonix along with MTV, so there's now REAL recordings instead of really bad covers.

i'm definitely getting this before i get gh3. it comes out November 23, and i want the guitar with all the neato features. it has a 5 way effects switch, and two sets of buttons. one is for soloing, so you don't need to strum.

The only reason I want Rock Band is for the drums. Perhaps the vocal part would be fun as well.

i heard $250 from a guy at best buy, but i saw $170 online
