I absolutely love it. I wish the targeting system was a little better, but I can live with it. Additionally I'm not a big fan of those button-scripted attacks, so I hope they're not a part of every single boss fight.

Also, I did the most amazing thing. At the end, before you get to the AT-ST, when you first go into that big assembly line area. There's a TIE fighter that flies along the right side every so many seconds, blasting the walkway as it does.

Yeah, well I double-jumped, hit the force lightning, and stopped the thing in it's tracks. I then force-grabbed it, and put it in the path of the two that fly by overhead, and it was an amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazing display of destruction.

On some other forums, I have been hearing a decent amount of disappointment, as the game isn't as good as they expected. I haven't played it yet, I am going to hop on the PS3 later today and give it a try.

I love the demo too, but I am left wondering if I should change my preorder to a PS3 copy... I think the controlling was much smoother, to be quite honest. Also, the theme music and video that plays while you have the game highlighted in the XMB is totally sweet!!!

(Not perfect, mind you... but smoother.)

I did something similar to you, Omega, where I threw a larger sized object into an oncoming tie fighter, to have it crash into some of the imperials who were in front of me. Sometimes I get hit by the crash, and sometimes I don't.

The game really is a must buy for any self-respecting Star Wars fan.

I'm not trying to start anything, but perhaps it's a console/porting issue? Or maybe the controls go better with the Xbox's triggers rather than the PS3's flippers?

You guys know how critical I am on games, and aside from the targeting I found no flaws with it on the 360.

I wouldn't go saying that there was some kind of porting issue, but I think they're practically identical... it's just a fact that apparently, I am starting to prefer the PS3 controller over a 360 controller. The 360 controllers almost seem turdish to me now... clunky and turdish.

Well... there's only one way to find out the difference/whatever: play both.

My brother is borrowing the 360 so I can't really compare. But I tend to like the PS3 controller more for most games now. FPS games still usually on 360 though.

Even if the 360 version of a game looks a tad better....PS3 always looks better for me. Just because the Component quality on my TV seems to be a little weak, or maybe I just need to tweak the settings more. Funny thing, on Game Mode, there is a 360 controller icon, but it makes my PS3 look better than my 360. :P
