I was going to get guitar hero 1, but now that the controller looks even more enhanced, I think I might wait. Ima gonna check out the new guitar and check if its worth waiting. I love guitar hero 1 so number 2 will be a must buy.

I know there was already a topic on this but it was mainly someone asking questions, and I thought this could be a good place to discuss the upcoming sequel to Guitar Hero.

Some of the new features include:

-Bass and Rhythm Guitar sections for multiplayer
-Three finger chord sections
-Practice Mode (not offical)
-New Characters (as well as old)
-New Venues
-55 song tracklist

Theres alot more songs that I would like to make the game but these were the first to come to mind. There is no offical release date yet (I believe) but it should be out somtime this fall.

Yeah, it'll be great. I'd love to see some songs like Canon Rock, Crazy Train, Sweeping from Heaven(would be rediculous on that controller), and all that good stuff.

The new Guitar Hero 2 has a very good set of music going for it. 55 songs is a ton. This thing will be entertaing for a LONG time, as well as being better as the first Guitar Hero.

The more I look at the list of the songs they have announced, Im not likeing it as much. Hopefully Im wrong though and there are some more killer songs they are keeping a secret.

The song list is looking okay but there are more songs then what is listed. I'm liking the Guns -n- Roses and Sabbath selection. I would love to see some AC/DC and Metallica but I know for both of those it would be very unlikely.

I would REALLY love to see Van Halen's Eruption in there. It's short but fast and could be a fun little number to try and perfect.

I just read this article on IGN that the new Guitar Hero will now be available for all systems. I say coolness. And that new Track list ROCKS !!!!!
