So they can't make something compatible with guitar hero without consent? Sounds really gay, RedOctane are just trying to keep a monopoly on the market.
Well, on a lighter note, I beat Freebird on Expert. It took me a while, and I had to nail star power for certain solo parts in the song but I got it and I am very proud of myself. My hand also hurts too because your fingers are moving so much.
Congrats mOB, thats probably somthing I will never do. I remeber the first night I got Guitar Hero 2 my fingers were really getting sore. I havent played Guitar Hero for a while, whatever video game time I have been spending is on my Wii.
I though I should beat all easy and medium so it looks better when I go to the menu but I'm kind of sick of it. Should get stuck back into it and beat hard. I played a bit of extreme, its crazy!
Anyone who has unlocked that Clive Winston guy noticed that he wears a suit very similar to Jimmy Pages famous dragon suit. Also the fact that sometimes when he solos on Star Power he whips out the Violin bow very similar to pages Dazed And Confused solos? I think the guys who made it probably wanted Zeppelin stuff but werent allowed to so they threw in a bunch of hints. Like the "Absolutley No STAIRWAY" message before you sometimes start a song.

My point is that its about Led Zeppelin. Besides in Waynes World it was "No Stairway To Heaven" but it was changed on the DVD version because of licensing issues. I know, I own it.

If I played Guitar Hero 2 on Easy and Medium, I would get sick of it too. Stop being weak and go for hard and extreme! I pretty much own a lot of extreme right now, even Misirlou and Freebird.
