I was talking to my dad earlier and he was telling me about this new PS that he read about in a magazine. I was all "yeah, I've already heard of it, CS3,, right?", but it isn't CS3. I've searched and searched the internets to find this "new" PS, but can't find ****. Can someone clue me in on wtf he's talking about?

This is certainly Extended it is somewhat more advanced than CS3. It handles video and many 3ds max files in a 3d enviroment. I have the masters collections and personally I see no reason to upgrade to Extended unless you intend on bring in 3D or editing video. If you have 3Ds max, Maya or Bryce theres no need and also to edit video Premiere and After Effects is your best bet.
