Blending tool?

Ive herd of it, but imnot sure if I have it. how do I work it? Ive also herd of a blending eraser. help please?

If you're thinking of the blur tool, it is shaped like a drop of water. If you can't see it, click and hold on icons with arrows in the corner.

If you're talking about an actual 'blending tool,' then I don't know what you're thinking of. I usually use a lasso tool, feather the selection, invert the selection, and then delete.
