Ok, Im working on a new sig and am having some trouble. I want to use the gradient tool for blue, white and red but can't figure out how to use it with 3 colors. My question is can it be done? and If so how??

If you are using PS, then yes it can be done. Select your gradient tool, then select the one with the 3 colors and then select your colors.
It's just the default colors I guess, you can change them if you want, I was just saying what it SHOULD look like.
EDIT-
When you go in, select the gradient, then click the "color bar" with the gradient, and go down to where you can adjust the amount of color and such, then click whichever color you wanna change.
