Animation Help.

I am trying my hand at animation, but I have a problem, when you tween your animation, how many frames do you add to make it go smooth? It is all choppy.

EDIT-
And when you save it, what do you save it as?

Use Image Ready if you have it. It has good tweening. Save as a gif.

When going to save your animated file goto FILE>Save optimized as.

and the tweening, I'd say atleast 5, maybe 10. The more animation layers, the higher the file size, and the file size can go up very quickly.
