Should I Buy Socom 2?

After playing socom 3 will the graphics seem beyond worse or what do u think?

The graphics on s2 are just as good as s3. Yes I would buy s2, but it is different than 3 gameplay wise. Theres not as much camping, and the games are fast paced. I would definetaly buy it.

thanks i probably will. I wanted to get the map packs but those were supposed to come out over a month ago

Socom 2 sucks now. The lag is bad, the people who still play it are signifcantly more annoying than those who I used to play with.

I would just stick with Soocm 3, because they did say the maps were coming soon.

Yeah, since the numbers have lowered it much easier to find an ***, but overall if you get tired of SOCOM 3 camping, then buy SOCOM 2. Nothing can beat the old SOCOM maps though.

I'v Never Tried s2 but i played s1 for about a year and got tired of the glitchers and sh!t so i bought s3 i wasnt going to at first but i thought myswell anyways is s2 any good is there a lot of glitchers/cheaters?

I play SOCOM 2 all the time and it isn't laggy anymore. Plus the people I play with are amazing...not annoying like Dionysus said. I don't care about the graphics, but the gameplay is amazing. It is more intense and competitive. I would definetly recommend getting it. Even when the map packs come out, it will still be SOCOM 3 style of gameplay. Just with SOCOM 2 maps. It will be completely different.

Socom 2 is the only game I've been playing lately. Socom 3 games are too slow, and the guns fire like crap.

Socom 2 has been averaging in the mid-to high 5,000 player range at night when I've been getting on (around 8 or 9 est normally).

Also, I think Socom 2 graphics are actually superior to Socom 3 graphics in many aspects. Add to that the fact that the level design is much more enjoyable. I've only run into a few a$$hats lately.

Go for Socom 2 - find a friend on there and you may not want to play Socom 3 anymore (about 15 people from my clan have now converted back to Socom 2 full-time after playing it again).
