Yes its luck sometimes unless ur me, jk, u just aim ur crosshairs at them and shoot and sometimes u hit them. Ur guns really unaccurate when not in the scope though so it is kind of luck.

What's wrong with the tacos? Why do people compare this to other stuff? Why makes it special? I haven't eat tacos for 3 years. I might try to eat again. It's good though.

Your name has to be -GraFF-, sWiFt... Mr~Pan or OTTER, in order to do it on a dime
but yea. It's really mostly luck, try to get closer to the target and put your crosshairs on them to do it. That definently helps...

Please dont even try that because it is all luck. The enemy will kill you before you get 3 shots off. Stick with the scope.

First off you need to get REALLY good at sniping to be able to get good at no scoping. Read through this topic: http://www.socom3.com/showthread.php?t=24049 it is all sniper tips and tactics for Socom 2 gameplay. There is over 100 posts so don't say there isn't enough info.
Also posts your questions and tips about sniping in there to help keep this place organized.
I will leave this thread open for the time being though because of the catchy title. People might see the title and post some answers for you.
My tip is jump when you shoot. I don't know why but that always works for me.

Sure.
You have to be really skilled to be able to no scope from distance.
In a clan room Otter was going nuts with no scoping from distance.
You have to sort of aim a little off of the person to hit them Im pretty sure, it is really hard.
Unless you are shotgunning the person.

No scoping while you jump or run around is basically luck, with a little bit of aim.
Use first person, it is more accurate.
If you lay down, or lean while in crouch, the sniper is basically 100% accurate, so just aim and shoot, dont need a scope.
