Render brightness

Ok, so I was looking through a few sigs, and I have seen alot with brightness BEHIND the render. I was wondering how you do that...? Is it done through brightness/contrast?

Yes. or add a lens flare under the render is another way. Filter> Render> Lens Flare and use the last lens option.

you have to use bright brushing techniques. The brightness and contrast are only going to enhance what you already have on your sig.
