I really didnt like s2 single player, i do not know why

It's single player, what can you expect? The online portion is by far the best feature in the socom series. Once I got online with socom 2, I didn't play single player until I bought socom 3.

Anyways, I enjoy the single player... unfortunately, I don't have the online gaming...

Just started playing socom II for the first time ever even though I bought it more then a year ago. Wow this game is 5x harder then S3 on single player mainly because the game's AI is absolutely retarded. I mean, enemies spawning on top of me setting off an intruder alert and then killing me is a bit ridiculous. The games fun, but wow does it get irritating.

S2 is more difficult than S3 on SPM?! Whew, I hope you made a grammar mistake when you were typing your post out, or I'm confused on what you are appointing but, were you drunk when you tried to complete S2 on Single Player Mode? S3 is alot more difficult on SPM, than S2 by a long shot. >.< Yewoch!

Pretty sure Socom 2 is a lot tougher then Socom 3. Socom 3 I beat all the capaigns and difficulties pretty fast. Socom 2 requires you to be more patient, and is more difficult because the A.I. is pretty bad. Missions are harder on S2 as; well atleast some of them. All my friends agreed with me too.
