Well.. uhh, you can try that thing. Where it does that thingy. I dont know if the ting will help it but try using the thing.

Its called an Avatar.

Go to www.imageshack.us host and image and take the DIRECT link and then copy that into your "Link to off-site avatar" in your profile (its at the very bottom) MAKE SURE you read the rules on pictures and how big they can be and what type of content.
