hey for some reason my mic works on some days and it doesnt work on other days. i remember a post here where a guy took his mic out completly and fixed the problem. can anyone send me the link to that post or any other site that helps u fix ur logitech mic.

fix the wiring?? that could be really tricky. If its not messed up completely try makin g sure none of the wires are exposed and none are touching the gorund wire

alli no is i cant talk i tried recording on computer and all i hear is a buzz sound cud be the mute button screwing it up but yeah i need a guide that can help

The logitech mics dont last you a long time. I have gone through 4 in a year and a half. YOu might need to break down and buy another one. IF you want to try and fix it, just make sure you take everything apart and try to clean and reconnect all the wires. I WILL WARN YOU, TAKING IT APART MIGHT CAUSE THE MIC TO STOP WORKING COMPLETELY.

Don't get mad because you died and throw it across the room....LOL. I've gone through numerous controllers and at least 2 mics that way.

i have the dual earpice logitec (i got it fro CS and then just used it for socom because it was there) ive had it for well over a year now, probably 2 years actually. it is on its last leg, the foam thing is gone and the cable has pulled out of the mute/volume control thingy so sometimes it buzzes/feedbacks/does nothing. i bent the wire back, clipped it into the shirt clip, and then superglued it, it works alright, but i dont have te money for a new one yet so wtvr.

It could be the USB port that you are plugging it into. Nothing works if I plug it into the bottom USB port. I have to use the top USB port for things to work.

i dont see how you guys can go through mics like that, my mic is still in perfect condition altough i do throw it occasionally. its a logitech and its a great mic...
