Well hell...I've been playing this game since SOCOM I...and I think there's only one thing that's going to suck about SOCOM III...and that's the fact there'll be no more Desert Glory the grenade dodging....the cafe sniping....hostage room camping map...and to me the best map of all time....I'm going to miss it....
Desert Glory is the BEST socom map there is. I wouldve liked to played it in the night tho. A darker desert glory. This is the only map i play.
But if there is a disk for the HDD with old maps that u can buy for S3, Deserrt glory will MOST LIKELY be on it due to the amount it is played on S1 and S2
I for one will NOT miss DG. I find the map to be too small and really boring. The best map is Blizzard IMO. I will only miss 3 maps, and DG isn't one of them.

I for one, think I am going to miss all the SOCOM II maps. I'll really miss the SOCOM 1 maps. I think I've spent 2 1/2 years playing them, now they'll be gone. Now we got new maps to fall even further into SOCOM addiction with.
