M14??

People comaplain about the M14 because it's easy to get kills with it and it's hard too. It's easy to be good with this gun but very hard to be incredible with it, being able to kill accross the map without standing still, and controlling the recoil. I can use the 14 pretty well, I like the M16 better but sometimes the M16 just can't shoot fast in lag which is always I grab a M14 in large rooms.
The IW-80 is obviously too good, people just complain too much, the gun is obviously off balanced and everyone knows that. But if it was available to both sides I could care less. The M14 is on both sides so the M14 is straight with me.

This whole M14 is getting out of hand. People on this site complain so much more about people calling the M14 a scrub gun, than people actually complaining about the M14.

It deffinately takes skill to use this gun. I don't see why people complain about it so damn much. I mean, its recoil is off the charts. Unlike the M-16, it sucks <font color="#FF0000">*censored*</font> long range. So, all you haters and nooby callers, read my sig!

It's the same as every other gun longe range, tap it for a one shot burst. It's actually better than most guns long range because it takes two shots to srop a person.

^^Ok Ok, I'll agree that if you put it on single it is good. Hell, what am I saying, it is better than good, I snipe with it all the time in Foxhunt but lately have moved to the M-16. The recoil though on the gun is the worst of ALL auto weapons. Now back to long range. This gun, along with the M-16 doesn't have scope. This means, like in Foxhunt, you can't hit a person from the church to above the cave without going into BINOCULARS (probably didn't spell right). You can't shoot out of those, so you are forced to go in and out of that option and basicly take hopeful shots at an guy that can probably see you through a scope. I do not deny the fact that the gun is bada$$ from long range, but you have to agree, when you put it all together it is harder than most normal guns because of certain restrictions and recoil

M14's recoil is bad but if the recoil isn't a big factor for you it's better than the M16.

Yes the M14 is horrible, yes it is a noob gun, and yes i have seent this thread about 24968265864963 times and everyone seems to say "You pay 50 bucks for the game, use whatever gun you want" Then i say, Youve been playing this game for almost two years and your still using the m14. Some people just dont have any skill whatsoever without the m14

I personally like it and dont get pissed when people use it. I paid 50 bucks for the game to play it, not so some 12 year old could tell me what guns i can and cannot use.

and no the m14 is no where near as good as the m16.
