Socom 2 sux -- offline

i never play this game, i bought it like a year ago. im sick of single player, the graphics even look better for sum reason online and single player just doesnt have the "wow" factor. what do u guys think about single player?? i know that online is superb and totally different, and im probably gonna get broadband byy December. I think zipper shud include a deathmatch/ counter strike type of game which is like socom but online but offline, battle arena stuff in socom 4.
ALSO: I FINISHED THE COCAINE MISSION AND THEN IT JUST FROZE. I CUDNT SAVE--- SUCH A WASTE OF TIME I DIN'T PLAY SOCOM AFTER THAT---- DONT TELL ME ITS MY PS2, THERE R HEAPS OF PEOPLE THAT COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS FOR THE SAME LEVEL AND SAME MOMENT IN THE LEVEL!!!!!!!!

socom 2 offline isn't fun at all and i agree with you. But i had to have feral so i did finish on admiral.

That aint true when I was on holiday I played socom 2 offline it aint half bad :)

It's fun but it's way different than run and gun online. Much more strategy and stealth involved.. You can just rush through and kill everyone but it's fun sneaking through the bushes and snipin some terrorists in the head.

Anyway I always thought it prob sucked and never played it either, until my internet was down for a few days and I played it to get my Socom fix. It's not really that bad.

I would have to say that not only is SOCOM 2 GREAT offline (it IS a totally different game) but I even felt compelled to go back and play through all the single player missions of SOCOM 1 a couple of times.

It was only after I have played through SOCOM 2 offline about 6 or 7 times that I decided to get broadband....because I wanted more...You can't practice too much in one for the other though...about the only thing that is the same is throwing a grenade.....
