the m14 is actually better at sniping than the m16 basically on the fact that its power will let it be VERY accurate if you tap the button and not lay down on the trigger

i always snipe with a M60OE3. yea i no you would thinks its the most inaccurate gun on the game. but when ur in prone its one of the most accurate. all i do is go into binocs until i see someone and then i just hold the trigger and start moving the crosshair in the direction they were running.
i also use the m4a1 sd in a few select maps like night stalker.
