Trey, I have an ATI TV video capture card. I dl straight from the back of my tv output to the card using windows movie maker. What I like about that is it auto asks you what rate to capture in. I use 512k then have to compress it more when I am done, to host it on putfile.
Hopefully not for long.
Card about 70 buck witha 20 rebate at best.buy you will also need a video rca cable length depends on how far pc is from ps2, or tv.
Pretty easy to setup and relatively inexpensive.
