How do you get images from the web onto adobe photoshop.

Right click on the image, save image as, open up the saved image in photoshop.

If you mean move it in the sig itself then use the arrow tool on the topright hand corner of the leftmost toolbar. If you mean put it in the sig or other documents then cut out the render you want and copy paste it.

Dont understand sorry. I have flash MX and i want to know...
Is that good to make sigs that are animated?
What the piixel size is ex. (550 x 400 pixels)
