Rushing! Ha! Rush me and see what happens!

EX:
Map- Crossroads
Team- SEALs 6 ppl
Enemy- 8 Terrorist with M-14s, 552s, M3s, M-60s

First round, terrorists rushed the bomb, killed all but two SEALs, planted the bomb, won. Second round, exact same thing. Third round, bad day for terrorists! Every SEAL have all four claymores in the spots I picked. All terrorists died within 4 secs. of each other! Fourth round, same strategy, 1 terrorist left, planted bomb, died by my HE. Next round, "No more claymores," was what I said. "They will not rush again." They didn't, they lost the last rounds. Rush me once, shame on ME! Rush me twice, shame on my TEAM. Rush me a third time, shame on your team's minds for being that stupid!

But don't get me wrong, I rush a lot too, I just know when to change plans from a rush to a normal assault game!

Great tips. I just have one question. While rushing, is it a good idea, if it's a very sniper-friendly map, to do the dive and jump thing?

Yeah definately, especially in places where your open or likely to be sniped.

i completely agree, the element of suprise is the best thing any socom player ahs going for him, never do what they expect, tats why diving at someone works well as long as you have a bead on them as soon as you hit the ground

see....this is why im soooo mad about the mics, i am EXCELLENT at sniping and then rushing with my 18, BUT I have no MIC. i cant tell my team where ANYONE is. it would open a whole new world to me. I am playin basically on my own while their team knows where I am.

also avoid using sd's because a regular gun is always stronger than an sd
