Well iv always wondered how peeple while walking around can go from the standing position to the prone position and back up again without the time to get back up again

i cant figure out how to do it i heard that you reload and then hit triangle and then press triangle again? anyone fill me in on how to do it?

Just hit the triangle button hard and you'll go from stand to prone and vice versa while skipping the crouch stance.

For example:
If you are standing and you hit triangle hard, you'll go directly into prone.
If you are standing and you hit triangle softly, you'll go into crouch. Tap it again and you'll go into prone.

Practice tapping the triangle and pressing it hard. You'll get used to it soon enough.

I think that you mean that they can go to prone, and then back to their feet without going through the drawn out act of getting up (first to your knees and then to your feet). To make the quick transition, hit triangle to prone, and then as soon as you are prone, tap triangle again. It takes a little timing, and some messing around with how hard you press triangle. You will get the hang of it. It's good for dodging snipers. Much better than jumping around.

if ur talking about crouch to stand then its just about how hard u push the button... if u hit triangle hard then u will prone.. if u hit it easy then u will stand...

if ur talking about prone to stand when people are trying not to get shot... its timing... you run and punch the triangle button and ur guy will dive and once ur guys chest hits the ground u hold the left analog stick up and push triangle.

Wow *cough* noob *cough* What bubba said is right but when you are running and press triangle you jump or fall straight to the ground and if you hit triangle again hard you get right back up. If your standing still and hit and hold trianle you prone but slowly. (Guy gets down on knee then lays down instead of diving on ground)
