i am always 100% aware of EVERYTHING that goes on around me as long as i have the sound on :P

if i throw a grenade at a specifice spot and another and another, i listen for the explosions and if i kill someone so i know where i got them at.

if one of my team mates go down, i know where. red arrows are KEY to almost everything. footsteps, people going up ladders, i play 70% of my game by sound alone.

there are many factors that go into playing this game to its fullest.

When rushing I've accidentally run out in to the open without checking whether someone prone was dead or not, but usually I'm a little more careful. Personally I don't have the patience to lay somewhere. And also, I don't have that much confidence in the tactic. I think I'd pretty much expect most players worth their salt to just walk up and head shoot you. Especially if your holding your gun, and your opponents gun goes up. It might be fun to try though... just for yucks.

It wasnt a fake death but you know when you get an xplosion and you are on the ground, your body sprawls out,like you were dead. I think it must have been a glitch but it kept me like this for a whole round, it was about 6 on 1 (their favour) so i just lay there and people were running over me. The team was laughing so much...

I was watching a guy on my team last night on Night Stalker, and he fell for the fake death thing. The terrorist dove to the ground in front of our base, my teammate reloded because he thought he killed the guy, and then the terrorist killed him. Another funny but irrelevant thing that happened last night was that one of my teammates was killed on Blizzard, and he was still sitting there in the crouch position, with the bomb still on his back. It was pretty funny, nobody could pick up the bomb...

Lol I acidentaly threw an HE really close and it knocked me down for about 10 seconds in the dead position. A terorist walked right over my back and I was thinking this is gonna be sweet, my guy raised up in a cool "stalking" motion and i put one right in his head... hehe

I have done this. IF a enemy throws a grenade and it blows up behind you. You sometimes will get blown onto your face. You can jump prone, and then if someone else is killed stay prone. Sometimes the enemy will run right pass you. It's really sweet!

I lay on top of dead peoples bodies and it works pretty good if the people looking for you are dumb.

Just an added tip, if you ever do lay in the middle of bodies, always have a grenade in your hands.

Why?

Because the other player's gun won't go into the alert position if your gun isn't out.

The closest thing i have seen to this, is a guy "hiding" in a dead body with an SD, it is a pain in the *** if they are hiding pretty good.
