I NEED TIPS HOW TO USE M14

PLZ SOME1 GIVE ME TIPS HOW TO USE THE M14.

learn to fire that thing in bursts to start with.that will help keep the gun from jumping way up on you on full auto.if you do go full auto aim about stomach/crotch area if they are at a distance,this will usually end up as a quick headshot or a few well placed shots to the chest and they are dead.also you can uitilize it for long range snipin.if you can see an outline of someone single shoot it to there or use binocs and center the binocs on target and single fire it to get the kill, usually about 2 to 3 shots is all depending on hit location and most important....

practice with it till you get it down.

SINGLE SHOT/quick bursts of 2 or 3! So many times have I seen a teammate just unload on a guy way across the map and then complain that guy should've been dead....


Use single shots really fast, it's powerful enough you might need only 2-3 hits. You could do that or fire it in very short bursts at the guy, then a couple single shots to bring him down. Anything but unloading, you won't hit him.

Also, this might be hard for some people, and this works for every gun. If you press start you can see if vibration is on, if it is then turn it off. This will be hard to get use to, but your gun is so much more accurate and u'll get more kills (probalbly). This took me 2 days to get used to, but now i just keep getting kills :P

since it so low in ammo clip size make shure you have something to hide behind when you have to reload

Aim at the stomach, and shoot a short controlled burst of about 4 to 5 rounds. Repeat until the person goes down, but the M14 is pretty powerful so they usually do.

ya...its a goood gun once u have mastered it...just aim lower for the recoil, and in long range use short bursts because u get more accuraccy that way...if u see a guy in the far distance...use ur binoculars and the two points in the binoculars where they dip down, thgats wear u r gunna get the hit, so just line the guy up in the 2 middle points and u use short bursts and u can snipe with the m14....P.S dont actually snipe...just if u see a guy in the distance

Also, the m14 is the best for binocular sniping. Just zoom in with your binoculars then tap the r1 button and the bullets will straight where the crosshairs are nad it normally jsut takes 2 shots to the torso with the m14 when single shot. For firefights, just aim for their torso/stomach and you'll take um out.

Now that's a new one. Not that I'm doubting you cause' I've never tried it, but I'm wondering if anyone else out there uses this trick.
