I downloaded that program and the effects are nice but it does everything for you. I think it would be kinda cheap to use for any competitions. All you have to do is select the area you want to move and adjust the setting to your liking and it does everything else.

Version 2 of the program even does rain and snow. I can't wait to see the flood of sigs like this that are sure to follow.
