whats your training schedule if you have one, because im thinking about joining the FBI once i get into college, and their test isnt hard, but i want to score the best i can.
its-
-sit ups in 1 min
-300m sprint
-push ups, till failure (no time)
-1.5mile run
and then a pull up test that isnt counted on whether you pass or not.
as of now i believe i could pass it all, just want to get better. but i got some years before i will join.

Right now this is what I do everyday:
-sit-ups (consecutively throughout the day. I do 800 a day, but I do 86-110 in 2 minutes, depending on what else I've done throughout the day)
-push-ups (consecutively throughout the day. I do 800 a day, but I do 50 at a time)
-Fully extended pull-ups (I can only do about 8. I'm 6'4 with long arms so there naturally harder for me)
-Run, Run, Run, and Run. I do 13 miles a day but not all at once. I'm down to a 16 minute 3 mile.
What you're doing sounds great, but don't forget to have a balanced diet. Being healthy isn't always about being the biggest, strongest guy out there, nutrition plays quite possibly the biggest role in anyone's health.
Also, drink alot of water! Stay away from any types of soda, even diet.

Thanks and you to, i thought about the joining a branch, but im not.
and i take back what i said about me being able to pass it easy, i didnt see you needed 12 points i thought it only said atleast 1 point in each category. the running isnt going to be a problem, maybe the 1.5 but i can get better easy, but correct me if im wrong 1/4 mile is 600 meters so a 300m sprint is half a lap (on a 1/4 mile track).
heres the site showing points. Federal Bureau of Investigation
and dam thats alot of stuff ill start but maybe not that much, i also have like 6-10 years before ill actually start the test but doesnt hurt to get good at it now.

Even if the test is 6-10 years away for you, you're right, it won't hurt to start working out now. After you work out for a little while, you'll realize that working out and maintaining a good body can be fun. May sound a little weird, but I love running and working out everyday, it gives me a feeling of accomplishment.
The FBI physical fitness test does look like it's going to be tough, but the Marines is going to be pretty brutal. The first week your there you have to at least be able to do:
-2 full body extended pull ups
-At least 44 crunches (sit-ups)
-1.5 mile run in 13:30 or under
After the 40th day you have to:
-Minimum of 3 full body extended pull ups
-At least 50 crunches
-3 mile run in at least 30 mins
All that plus the added running/mental/physical abuse on a daily basis.

With your preparations it shouldn't be too hard to get through it. When you have little else to distract you and scores of other guys in determined competition its surprisingly easy to achieve what is required. Although reaching your peak, which comes after boot camp, thats a bigger challenge.

The only thing I'm worried about is The Crucible. It's going to be a *****, but I'll have 11 weeks of training behind me.

Problem number 1 right there. Don't be worried about that ****.
That's where the mental toughness comes in. If you(not you, just people in general) can't complete that, you have no business in the military, because **** can get WAY worse than that.
I just say go out and give it your all. Don't try too hard, don't overanalyze the situations that come to you, and kick some effin' ***.
GET SOME MARINE!
I'd love to join the Marines, but I don't really know if I could hang, honestly. I want that pink mist
