I can't run without music, Donno why, but I just can't. I've also noticed that if I run in daylight without music I get really distracted. Who's in that store, do I know them? Who's driving by me? Too many distractions, music keeps my mind focused on running.

There too techno for me. Don't know why but I can't handle techno, or country.

I wish we had these where I live, but we got nothing. It's either the sidewalk on on the inside of the white line, and I don't trust the inside of the white line enough to run there, too many stupid people up here. The next town over has paved running/walking areas but I don't have a car to get there, and I wouldn't waste the gas.
I like anything that has a hip hop/rap beet to it and is kinda' fast paced. E, that song you posted didn't sound bad. I've been listening to UNK a lot now while running. 2 step and the 2 step remix are BA.
