Listen to metal. Whenever I do anything that I need to get done, I listen to the most intense music I can find.

Job For a Cowboy
See You Next Tuesday
Dillinger Escape Plan
Horse the Band

That stuff is fast fast fast fast music and gets your blood pumping.

Not too good for runnin' but that song is awesome. I'm putting them on my list of peoples to pirate.

Combichrist is always good for running in my book:

They're also insane live.

Yeah, they're awesome. Probably the best Hip Rock I've ever heard.

With that song, you'll wanna check out Dead In Ditches, Sell Your Soul, and Pain. Those are their 4 best. They don't have much out yet, they aren't even signed.

Pink Floyd - On the Run

The Doors - Not to Touch the Earth

Not so much loud, but at a good pace and they drive.

Do you really run to those, Biggie?

I could never run to The Doors. As much as I love them, I just couldn't.

I don't run, but I work the rowing machine to that. Repetative motions warrant forceful music. Maybe that's just me.

If you are going to run outside in daylight its best to leave the music at home, simply because you need your ears warning you of cars, and especially cyclists, coming from behind. None of your other senses can do that in daylight (at night their lights will act as a warning) and its better to be safe than splattened.

I don't know anyone that doesn't run without music, nor have I ever seen anyone.

People should have enough common sense to know not to run in the middle of a street. If you can figure out to not do that, you don't need to worry about a car hitting you.

Plus, most cities these days have trails and such, paved or dirt.

I can't run without music, Donno why, but I just can't. I've also noticed that if I run in daylight without music I get really distracted. Who's in that store, do I know them? Who's driving by me? Too many distractions, music keeps my mind focused on running.

There too techno for me. Don't know why but I can't handle techno, or country.

I wish we had these where I live, but we got nothing. It's either the sidewalk on on the inside of the white line, and I don't trust the inside of the white line enough to run there, too many stupid people up here. The next town over has paved running/walking areas but I don't have a car to get there, and I wouldn't waste the gas.

I like anything that has a hip hop/rap beet to it and is kinda' fast paced. E, that song you posted didn't sound bad. I've been listening to UNK a lot now while running. 2 step and the 2 step remix are BA.
