Muscle milk is legit especially after work outs. IF you refrigerate it, it's really refreshing and could taste like any other protein drink. However, if you don't freeze it and let it become warm....ew.
I think after drinking it last summer after workouts and eating the right stuff, by the end of the year I had atleast a good 10-14 pounds of muscles gained. Also, I liked the choco one a lot, haven't gotten to the cookies and cream one yet.
