Gained weight, I wanna lose it!
Since i've been back to school i've gained about 23 pounds or so. I am now like 135, i used to be 110, i see a diffrence in my body, it looks a bit fatter, so does my face, i got little stretch marks on my skin where my knees are, and to be honest at first i wanted to gain weight but now i want to lose it, and quick, i want to try to lose this weight before the end of my spring break which is exactly in 2 weeks.
Give me some advice on: Drinks, Food, and anything that will help me lose weight, i already know the exercising part, i got a good exercise routine planed. so basically just drinks and food and anything else that could help.

Just do obvious stuff..
no soda
drink a lot of water
no fast food
no fatty foods
and then just portion control for food..don't eat too much, just have a nice small portion.
It's basic stuff and not very detailed but you should get the idea..I don't know what you can do to healthily lose 23 lbs in 2 weeks..

your 135 and you look fat? You must be short, because I know if I was 135 I would probably look like I was dieing.

You can alway go on the lemon drink diet. It's not the healthiest way, but it really works.
The Lemon Drink Diet:
2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lemon juice. No canned ****, ONLY fresh squeezed.
2 tablespoons of organic maple syrup. No maple flavored ****, ONLY real maple syrup.
1/4th teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Mix in 8oz glass or bottle. Drink it 6-8 times a day for 7-10 days. While you're doing this, you can't eat anything, so, it's basically fasting.
A whole bunch of celebrities and **** do this. It's quick way to knock off 15-20 lbs in 2 weeks

That's pretty extreme. I would only do that if my weight got out of control. Also, if you just lost 15-20 lbs that fast from basically starving yourself, by the time you started eating again wouldn't you just gain the weight back? And not just gain weight but sloppy weight because your body isn't use to eating? I don't know sounds a little to dangerous.
I would just do what Focus says to do. You may not get the results as fast as you want but it's healthy and it's the right way to go about losing weight.
I eat semi-healthy but not to the point where I read the nutrition facts of everything I eat, like some people I know, but I do watch what I eat. I haven't eaten any type of fast food going on 2 years now. I also don't drink soda anymore, which actually was better than quitting fast food. I walk A LOT, and i mean a lot, usually about 30 miles a week, anywhere I need to go I walk, it keeps me healthy and the lbs off.

Losing your hair one week, putting on weight the next... are you just a forty year old in denial?
I hope your exercise routine and little diet worked, bu if it didn't, maybe dropping in to the doctor would be the best course of action? Perhaps something is slightly wrong, a little deeper than a few too many visits to McDonalds?

Alright if you want to lose weight, this is what you gotta do.
- Lift Weights (20lb dumbells) at very high repetitions (45 reps when it becomes easy)
- Lift, Run, then eat. It's always smart to try and burn enough calories as possible before you run because then your body will rely on the fats it has stored in order to give you energy. So first lift to burn off whatever energy you have, then run to burn off fat, then eat a light meal like grilled chicken to replace just enough energy for the next 6 hours.
- Run a lot. I see it so many times where a person will decide to run one mile and they expect to see results just from that one try. You must keep up a routine and once you plateau build on it. Start running two miles everyday.
- Eat healthy, but DO NOT starve yourself. Replace that snack of Oreo cookies and milk with some peanuts and a gatorade.
- Keep up a routine. Once you fall off for more than one day you start to lose the muscle you have earned. Keep training.
Usually I do this a few months before training begins again for soccer. The results take time, but I gurantee by May you'll have a good looking beach body.

I follow a book - The UltraSimple Diet: Kick-Start Your Metabolism and Safely Lose Up to 10 Pounds in 7 Days to lose weight.
It's pretty good, includes precise instructions for what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, recipes, supplements, and stress reduction--exercise is optional. works great for me. Maybe you can have a try. it's on sale for $8 at dealstudio now.
