man where to start? i was actually 160 at one point in my life and i came down to 138 but then i started muscle building. i have to tell you man, if you wanna lose weight you gotta be serious about it. i've been helping my brother lose weight because he's been trying different routines for so long but hasn't lost anything until i advised him about meal plans. you have to watch your diet, it's going to be half your game in the battle. second, you have to maintain cardio. running is the obvious choice but theres also biking and swimming, although swimming is known to be more of a body toner. i'd advise you to run though since it works the heart more. you gotta start hitting cardio 20-25 minutes before your body starts burning down the fat. first your body will use the sugar you have as energy, then it'll start burning into fat..you don't wanna go beyond that because it'll start tearing away at your muscles. stay away from red meats and white meats. don't take naps after meals because it'll just store your excess meals as fat for later. i know you can get sleepy after big meals so try to spread your diet into 6 small meals so your stomach can have an easier time digesting. water, low carbs (don't starve yourself, and salads(rule of thumb is, if it tastes like crap then it's probably good for you!) ahahah sorry for the long post guys. i've just been a work out addict since because it was forced upon by my dad to go to the gym and muay thai. ughhh
