im 5'9 135. I'm basically the same body build as you are, and i look like a starving malaysian.
Your weight to height ratio seems fine, just turn that **** into muscle. Maintain a fast metabolism. Eat like 5-7 Small meals a day. If you work out on a regular basis you won't have to worry about what you eat really. Just head out to the track/gym/wherever and get a comfortable routine goin.

I lost close to 40 pounds recently, and all I did was follow Dr. Ian Smith's "Fat Smash Diet", which is being used by the people on VH1's show, "Celebrity Fit Club".
My wife and I found it was really easy to follow, and the weight came off quite easily...

I bought an old exericse bike and ride for 30 minutes a day, everday. Generally, I burn around 150-170 calories and go about 7-8 miles in one sitting. Usually I do that when I first wake up, that way it's done and out of the way. I also have just started my 300 workout routine about two days ago.
I used to be big into weight lifting when I was in High School, two years ago. I was big and bulky. Now, I haven't had the resources available to continue, and my schedule is completely ****ed. Here's my current workout, which was inspired by the training the actors of 300 did.
300 Workout for me consists of:
3 Sets of 10 Bicep Curls
3 Sets of 10 Push-Ups
3 Sets of 10 Chest Plate Press
3 Sets of 10 Lat Plate Press
3 Sets of 10 DB Shrugs
3 Sets of 10 Push-Ups
3 Sets of 10 DB Squats
3 Sets of 10 Weigted Crunches
3 Sets of 10 Lat Plate Press
3 Sets of 10 DB Military Press
I'm trying this for about 12 weeks because back when I was lifting consistenly, I always hit a spot where I wouldn't gain size and mass, and my strength gains where almost stationary. By using this workout, I'm using less compound movements, and more of a resistance type of workout. I don't have any machines to use, just me, a pair of dumbbells, and a few olympic barbell plates. This, coupled with my bike riding, should help me drop a bit of weight, and help promote muscle mass.
At least, I'm hoping it will. I'm a bit sore from the first workout, and I think I hit it too hard for the first day. This is kind of going against my original workout routine, since I'm working out a bunch of major muscle groups in the same day. I never did that before.

Yeah, I thought I'd change my name to what my next XBOX 360 Gamertag will be. I don't think I've posted consistently for about a year.

You want to get your metabolism higher so you burn the fat naturally. There really is almost nothing you can do to lose it in 2 weeks without doing something extreme, but if you base your workout on short and fast bursts of energy, it will get the fat off and keep it off while giving you some nice muscles.

There are a couple of ways, but I find that the two best ways are doing some form of aerobic exercise and weight training (This is more long term than anything else). In regards to the weight training, as you gain more muscle, your body will be able to burn calories at a faster and more efficient rate, thus allowing you to shed the weight more easily.
Of course the two methods that I mentioned are completely useless if you are not following a proper diet.

Small meals more often will help.
